Proact, a UK technology company, was spending too much time on manual operating system and application deployments across 13 countries. With 670 employees and about 150 new computers added each year, the team needed a way to automate deployment and free up IT resources, so they turned to Specops and its Deploy solution.

Specops Deploy gave Proact zero-touch deployment, a rule-based approach, and a more centralized environment with better control. As a result, Proact reduced local IT administration, sped up OS and application installations, and improved accuracy in tracking active computers. The company also planned to add the self-service portal for user-initiated app requests and approval workflows.
