Montgomery County Community College, a higher education institution in the United States, was struggling with an outdated self-service password reset process that created security concerns and failed to meet student expectations. The college wanted to increase enrollment in the reset system and reduce outsourced helpdesk costs, especially since many students were not enrolling or were forgetting their security-question answers.
