SpearMC helped Kaiser Permanente implement Oracle Guided Learning over a 14-month period, creating 349 guides across 14 financial and supply chain modules. The solution led to high user engagement, a reduction in "how to" support calls, and call avoidance for new functionality. SpearMC's implementation provided an efficient way for users to learn directly in the production environment and significantly decreased the maintenance overhead associated with traditional job aids.
