X²O Badkamers Launches Speakap After Asking Other Retailers How They Approach Internal Communication

X²O Badkamers, a retail group with 29 showrooms across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, needed a better way to reach all employees across locations and languages. Because not every worker had a corporate email address and information was previously passed along through store managers, communication often became less accurate and translations created additional losses.

X²O Badkamers implemented Speakap as an employee app to streamline internal communication for updates like turnover figures, new products, price changes, and personnel changes. With Speakap, showroom teams could also communicate directly with store employees and share event invites and more human content like holiday photos and fun moments, improving consistency and engagement across the organization.
