STULZ USA, a fast-growing precision cooling manufacturer with 600+ U.S. employees across multiple shifts and sites, needed a better way to connect its largely deskless workforce. STULZ USA implemented STULZ Connect, a mobile-first employee experience platform powered by Speakap, to deliver real-time updates, multilingual communications, polls, safety alerts, and recognition to frontline workers. The results were strong: 78% activation, 67% monthly active users, and turnover cut to 10.4% year-to-date versus a 39% industry average, while 49 employees enrolled in English classes and adoption remained high with employees opening the app three times a day on average.
