VitaS, a healthcare provider with more than 500 employees spread across multiple eldercare facilities, struggled with fragmented communication and little visibility into whether important updates were actually reaching staff. With Speakap, VitaS centralized internal communications, enabled two-way messaging, and targeted updates by campus or role through a secure mobile app. The results were strong: more than 80% of employees were active within a week, adoption reached 93%, and 49% of frontline employees used the app daily. Speakap helped VitaS improve connection, collaboration, and access to relevant information while reducing time spent searching for updates.
