Speakap implemented an integration with Alleo inside the employee app, giving employees easy access to personalized rewards and benefits such as wellness, childcare, student loan support, retirement saving, and more. The result was stronger engagement and communication, including a 4.3/5 rating for the Alleo benefits tool, 96% active users, and 36% daily visitors, while also helping Conscious Hotels scale quickly as new properties opened and new employees were onboarded.
