Martha’s Table, a Washington D.C. nonprofit serving children, families, and communities across three locations, faced major internal communication challenges as its hybrid workforce became more disconnected during the pandemic. The results included a 93% activation rate and a 53% increase in engagement between 2023 and 2024, with daily active users rising from 15% to 20%. The organization also saw 85% more posts and 24% more unique users, helping strengthen connection, recognition, and internal culture across the workforce.
