To support its teams, Colgate partnered with the vendor Speach and implemented its AI SOP and training platform to digitize work instructions and standard operating procedures.

The solution from Speach enabled Colgate to create and disseminate contextual, task-based learning videos accessible on the shop floor. This led to the creation of 1,900 "Speaches" from 200 content creators worldwide in under a year, drastically reducing training and travel costs. The platform facilitated quick onboarding, improved productivity, and was instrumental in Colgate's paperless initiative by replacing cumbersome documents with accessible video instructions.
