Aperam, a global steel group, needed a new solution to easily create training content for software and manual operations related to production and safety. Their Learning & Development team sought an easy-to-use tool that was also compatible with their existing Learning Management System (LMS). They turned to the vendor SpeachMe for its AI SOP and training platform.

SpeachMe provided a solution that was first deployed to a limited number of content creators. The platform allowed for quick content creation, the integration of existing documents, and featured automatic multilingual subtitles. The measurable results included the production of around 30 training modules which garnered nearly 4,000 views in the first year. This led to a reduction in training costs and allowed Aperam to effectively digitize training while maintaining its effectiveness.
