Air Liquide, the world leader in gases, technologies and services, needed a faster, more accessible way to share operational know-how across 80 countries and 65,000 employees as part of its Connect digital transformation program. To support peer-to-peer knowledge transfer and simplify technical procedures in factories, Air Liquide partnered with SpeachMe to capture short, on-the-job video tutorials—“Speachs”—using connected glasses and the SpeachMe platform.

SpeachMe’s solution lets operators record, annotate and publish concise video tutorials to a central platform, enabling colleagues to learn, troubleshoot and verify procedures remotely. Deployed within the Connect initiative (10 new technologies tested, €20M invested, 10 startups involved), SpeachMe has made training and knowledge transfer more efficient than traditional methods, improved employee experience, and provided an easy-to-use workflow that operators can adopt quickly.
