A Spatial Vision Case Study

Spatial Vision partnered with Women’s Health Victoria to develop an interactive web application for improved access to critical women’s health services

Women’s Health Victoria faced a challenge in helping women across Victoria access critical sexual and reproductive health services. The types of services and accessibility variables were overwhelming and unclear. To address this, the organization partnered with vendor Spatial Vision to develop a user-friendly data collation solution, which culminated in the 1800 My Options Web Mapping Application.

Spatial Vision implemented an interactive web mapping application that geographically displays service providers and allows users to filter them by type, services offered, and location. The solution provides a centralized and comprehensive resource, enabling women to safely and discretely access the information they need. The application is also used internally by the 1800 My Options phone service operators to assist callers, making critical health service information highly accessible and increasing visibility across the state.
