Australasian College for Emergency Medicine - Customer Case Study

The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) needed a way for users to easily explore the connectivity and breadth of its Emergency Medicine Education and Training (EMET) program hospital network across Australia. They approached Spatial Vision to create a flexible online map to meet this challenge.

Spatial Vision implemented a highly-customised web mapping application using open source technologies like Carto and Leaflet. This solution provided ACEM with a cost-effective geographical visualization tool to display the program's reach to stakeholders, assist in identifying trends, and serve as a point of engagement. According to ACEM, the map created by Spatial Vision is a vital tool for promoting the program and enhancing the sustainability of the emergency medicine workforce.
