Van Gansewinkel Group, a Benelux-based waste-to-resource company with 5,800+ employees and €1.1 billion in annual turnover, faced fragmented quality processes across multiple European business units after a merger. Relying on Excel and Access, the company could only register and resolve roughly 80 deviations per year and lacked a centralized way to capture, track and report incidents, deviations, inspections and CAPAs across languages and locations.

Van Gansewinkel implemented Sparta Systems’ TrackWise EQMS, using its multi‑language, highly configurable platform managed centrally from Eindhoven. Validation was completed in three days, more than 1,200 employees were trained in two months, and today TrackWise handles over 7,000 deviations and 100+ applications with 100% connectivity. The rollout standardized procedures across offices, sped up reporting and closure of incidents, and became an integral part of daily quality operations.
