Linde AG, a global leader in gases and engineering with about 60,000 employees across 100+ countries, needed to replace aging bespoke applications with a unified platform for complaint and CAPA management to support projected growth in medical gases. Deployed in 2016, TrackWise Digital standardized complaint and CAPA workflows (FDA-compliant) and delivered a cost-effective phase one rollout to Linde’s Finland business unit with plans to expand globally. The solution met all phase one requirements, accelerated onboarding, and gave users an easy-to-use tool that improved adherence to quality processes.
