Kadmon Corporation is a global biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for hepatitis C and other serious diseases. After acquiring Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals and doubling in size, Kadmon found its paper-based quality management system couldn’t scale across multiple locations—records were easily lost or misfiled, visibility was limited, and the company faced increased compliance and tracking risks for deviations, change controls and CAPAs.

Kadmon implemented Sparta Systems’ TrackWise SelectStart in under four months, replacing spreadsheets with a web-based EQMS that provides personalized dashboards, automated reporting and centralized, closed-loop change control.
