Eisai’s TrackWise Digital Conversion From On-Premises to the Cloud

Eisai, a global human health care (HHC) company with more than 10,000 employees, needed to standardize quality processes across its global sites. Having used Sparta’s on‑premises TrackWise since 2006, Eisai faced the challenge of moving to a single, cloud-based system to unify document and training management, quality events, change control and CAPA while supporting a global rollout and stronger data integrity.

Eisai converted to TrackWise Digital, implementing a common, organization-wide process and project structure across quality, IT, production, labs, R&D and sales. The cloud QMS delivered a unified system and global access to quality data, increased inspection readiness, and operational benefits including cost savings on implementation, upgrades and support; Eisai plans to expand the platform to all users as part of its ongoing quality and patient‑focused strategy.
