Shred-it faced a challenge where their customer service representatives were spending excessive time on administrative tasks at their desks instead of with customers. They needed a secure mobile solution to allow CSRs to access and input data directly in the field. Sparq helped address this by developing a mobile application.
Sparq developed a mobile app for Windows Mobile devices that provided access to CRM data and enabled printing documentation on-site. This solution allowed reps to immediately transmit information and provide customers with services like Line of Custody Tracking and on-site Certificates of Destruction. As a result, Shred-it’s CSRs became more efficient, significantly cut down on administrative time, and increased customer satisfaction.
