NGK Spark Plugs needed to empower its sales force with more accurate reporting and analysis, as its existing system was not designed according to SAP’s best practices. To address this challenge, Sparq led an SAP BI implementation for the manufacturing company.

Sparq developed a solution that aggregated data into three partitioned cubes for sales, billing, and delivery, ensuring data validity. They implemented a Broadcasting and BEx Precalculation Server to email reports overnight and integrated the system with the company's internal portal and the Cloud. As a result, NGK cut costs, increased reporting accuracy, and gained the ability to quickly analyze market trends and perform root cause analysis.
