Individual Socks, a Milan-based retailer of personalized socks, sought to expand its audience and improve its online shopping experience on Shopify. Their challenge was to implement advanced product filters, multilingual support, and a unique feature allowing customers to select different initials for each sock in a pair directly from the product listing pages. They engaged the vendor, Sparq, to utilize its search and filtering product to address these needs.

Sparq implemented a custom solution using Shopify scripts to create the unique sock personalization and cart feature, alongside filters for style, material, and other attributes. The multi-lingual feature was also activated. This resulted in a 43% reduction in cart abandonment and a significant increase in conversions and sales, allowing Individual Socks to successfully cater to a wider international audience. The entire project was completed by Sparq in just ten working days.
