Case Study: RATP boosts conference participation with Sparkup

A Sparkup Case Study

Preview of the RATP Case Study

RATP collaborators at the heart of the action in conferences

RATP, the world’s leading multimodal transport operator, runs several seminars and conferences each year to share strategic messages with around 200 collaborators in the room. The challenge was to increase participation, give every collaborator a voice, energize sessions on serious topics, and collect useful audience feedback. To address this, RATP used Sparkup, an easy-to-use conference interaction platform with no downloads.

Sparkup enabled anonymous questions through an open wall, gauged expectations with word clouds and polls, and gathered feedback with multiple-choice and open questions. The results included 200 to 900 participants engaged, 10x more questions from the audience, and relevant data collected for organizers during and after events. RATP said Sparkup involves the audience in the strategic topics discussed at its conferences.
