Interactive Induction Day of Coca-Cola European Partners

Coca-Cola European Partners worked with Sparkup to make its Induction Day more interactive for 30 to 70 new starters, with the goal of energizing the session and getting participants to actively engage rather than passively listen.

Using Sparkup’s interactive presentation platform, CCEP delivered slides, videos, knowledge tests, games, and reflection activities to involve newcomers throughout the day. The result was a 100% interactive experience that increased engagement and turned traditional PowerPoint-style training into active participation, with CCEP planning to expand Sparkup to more countries.
