The Robin Hood Association, a Canadian non‑profit serving 650 people across 55 locations with a $25M operational budget and 400+ employees, struggled with fragmented administration before implementing Sparkrock. They were running four separate systems, processing 700–800 timesheets manually every two‑week pay cycle, and had their master schedule in an Excel file held by one person—creating error risk, single‑person bottlenecks, and a lack of shared accountability.
Sparkrock implemented an integrated solution—HR, scheduling, payroll and finance modules plus an Employee Portal—that links positions, schedules, hours and financials into one system. As a result, Robin Hood now produces consolidated financial reports for its Board, staff and supervisors can view and verify schedules and timesheets across 55 locations, payroll is processed with a button push, and responsibility is distributed across ~100 supervisors and 500 employees, eliminating much of the previous manual workload; Robin Hood also cites timely Sparkrock support and plans to add Sparkrock’s Case Management for improved client data security.
