A Sparkling Logic Case Study
Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, needed to modernize its worldwide broking platform to break down data silos, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making across its broker community. To support this initiative, Willis Towers Watson selected Sparkling Logic’s SMARTS decision engine for its Connected Broking platform.
Using Sparkling Logic SMARTS, Willis Towers Watson was able to implement rule changes faster without major code releases, let business analysts create and test rules, and make more precise, data-driven decisions. The platform also improved simulation and analysis before new decisions were deployed, and the company continues to expand use of SMARTS into new orchestration and dynamic data capture use cases to further support its “Analytic Broker” strategy.
