Talent Beyond Boundaries is a nonprofit that opens skilled migration pathways for refugees, connecting them to international job opportunities and addressing global talent gaps. Their challenge was overcoming employer misconceptions and non‑traditional CVs by creating a positive, professional way for refugees to introduce themselves to potential employers.

Since 2017 TBB has used Spark Hire’s One‑way Video Interview technology to let candidates record short, flexible introductions (over 200 to date), with in‑office support in Beirut and Amman when needed. The videos make it easier for busy employers to see candidates’ skills and fit, increasing the number of refugees considered for roles and contributing to successful hires (for example, three refugee software engineers placed with partner Iress).
