Capital Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution in Northeastern Wisconsin serving about 120,000 members with a 201–500 employee team built on integrity and community service. The credit union needed a way to reduce the time supervisors spent on screening calls, create a consistent and customizable interview experience that reflected their culture, and gain better insight into candidates than phone screens allowed.
They piloted Spark Hire’s one-way video interviews with seven supervisors, finding implementation smooth and user-friendly for both staff and candidates. The solution returned significant time to supervisors—letting them source candidates instead of chasing phone calls—provided reusable candidate videos across roles, improved hiring efficiency, and earned broad buy-in across the organization.
