SPARETECH cleaned and standardized Wepa's database of 170,000 records, eliminating duplicates and adding original manufacturer data. Their solution automated the spare parts search and creation process, which significantly reduced manual effort and search times for maintenance staff. The result was a major increase in data quality and transparency, giving Wepa full control over its spare parts inventory across all European sites and helping to avoid availability risks.
