Sweco, Europe’s largest all-round consultancy and engineering firm, needed a more structured way to manage real estate data and support property maintenance activities across its Dutch operations. The company’s Real Estate teams were responsible for condition assessments, long-term maintenance planning, BOEI inspections, and tailored reporting for a wide range of clients in government, education, healthcare, and industry. Spacewell provided the product/service O-Prognose to support these needs.

Spacewell implemented O-Prognose for condition measurements according to NEN 2767, multi-year maintenance planning, BOEI inspections, and management reporting. The platform’s flexibility allowed Spacewell to tailor reports to Sweco’s needs, improving the quality of management information for customers. As a result, Sweco’s core property data is now captured in a structured way and can be reused easily for follow-up work, while its feedback also helped Spacewell enhance a new release of the software.
