Q-Park, one of Europe’s leading car park management companies, needed a more efficient way to plan resources and maintain service continuity across a wide range of locations, including inner-city areas, transport interchanges, and hospitals. Spacewell provided integrated facilities software (CAFM/IWMS) built around a central database of spaces, assets, and operations, helping Q-Park manage its complex car park operations more effectively.

Spacewell’s solution gave Q-Park configurable tools for reactive and preventive maintenance, service ticket and work order management, plus mobile capabilities for technicians in the field. The result was time savings across the organization, better collaboration between dispatch, maintenance managers, and technicians, and improved KPI reporting for management, including insights into interventions, subcontractor activity, reaction times, and SLA compliance. In Norway alone, the deployment supported 300+ sites, 158,800 parking spots, and 26,000 tickets per month.
