Spacewell implemented occupancy monitoring using sensors and dashboards to deliver live insights into desk and meeting room usage, support smarter cleaning schedules, and improve booking transparency. The solution helped PostNord reduce workstations, optimize space allocation after organizational changes, and terminate part of its lease contract, delivering a payback period of just one month.
