The Government of Flanders, through its facility organization Het Facilitair Bedrijf, needed a better way to support its large-scale workplace move and prove stronger, data-driven facility management performance across multiple sites. Spacewell helped address this challenge with MCS Software and Cobundu, supporting 2,600+ public servants in Belgium and covering 485,000 connected ft².

Spacewell implemented IWMS software, KPI reporting, reservations management, and sensor-based occupancy monitoring to improve operations, provide real-time workplace assistance, and help staff adapt to a new office layout.
