City & PCSW Sint-Niklaas, the local administration and Public Center for Social Welfare in Belgium, wanted to make its technical services more efficient by introducing a new, cross-functional way of working. Technicians can manage paperless work orders and spare parts on an iPad, while management benefits from full audit trails, KPI reporting, and benchmarking; with around 4,500 service tickets per year, the solution helped align workflows and system flows and support more efficient operations.
