AZ Maria Middelares (AZMM), an acute general hospital in Ghent, Belgium, needed a better way to manage cleaning and facility operations in a complex 24/7 care environment. The hospital wanted its teams to have clear, up-to-date instructions on the go, with enough flexibility to respond to changing conditions and to use spaces efficiently without booking conflicts.
