Privalia, a leading online fashion and lifestyle retailer with offices and distribution centers across multiple countries, was facing rising energy costs and needed a clearer view of where and how electricity was being consumed in its corporate offices. To cut spend without affecting employee comfort, Privalia worked with Spacewell Energy and its energy analysis platform to improve control over key electrical subsystems.

Spacewell Energy helped implement submetering for the main supply, HVAC, and lighting, then used the platform to analyze six months of historical data and identify savings opportunities. The result was a 26% reduction in overall energy consumption in the first year, equal to £38,000 in annual savings, including a 16% cut in contracted load, a 32% drop in lighting consumption, and a 25% reduction in HVAC use.
