Valode&Pistre, the international architecture agency, needed a faster and more effective way to carry out pre-project studies and land valuation while managing complex regulatory and site constraints. To support this challenge, the firm began using Spacemaker’s AI-assisted SaaS platform to help design residential projects more efficiently.

Spacemaker worked with Valode&Pistre in an R&D partnership to adapt the platform to French requirements, improve its functionality, and train the team on its use. The result was the ability to analyze more concepts for each site in less time, with some pre-project analyses that previously took several weeks now delivered in just a few minutes, improving speed, collaboration, and decision-making.
