Case Study: CASA achieves faster, higher-quality residential development with Spacemaker

Spacemaker enters partnership with Danish contractor, CASA

CASA, a Danish property developer and turnkey contractor, wanted to improve the efficiency and quality of its residential development projects while making it easier to collaborate with advisers and authorities. CASA tested Spacemaker’s platform on one of its projects to quickly analyze site challenges and opportunities and evaluate multiple development plans.

Using Spacemaker’s software, CASA was able to simulate construction scenarios in real time, improve wind, noise, sunlight, daylight, parking, and usable space outcomes, and support discussions with stakeholders. The five models the team worked on improved by 72% to 98% across the measured criteria, helping CASA advance its sustainability goal of achieving sustainability in 95% of new construction projects by 2023.
