Scandinavian AI-startup Spacemaker and OBOS sign enterprise agreement worth more than 2 Million Euros

OBOS, one of the Nordic region’s leading real estate developers, was looking for better ways to design sustainable, livable communities while keeping pace with climate change, population growth, and rapid urbanization. As a traditionally low-digitized construction industry player, OBOS partnered with Spacemaker and its AI-driven planning platform to modernize early-stage development across its projects in Norway and Sweden.

Spacemaker implemented its AI technology as a standard tool for major early-stage development projects, helping OBOS make better design decisions, collaborate more effectively, save planning time, and improve project profitability. The long-term enterprise agreement was valued at more than EUR 2 million (NOK 20 million), and OBOS planned to roll out the solution across all new projects going forward.
