Using Spacemaker’s AI-based planning and design tool, NREP set out to create more customer-centric, effective, and sustainable real estate while improving the quality and efficiency of building design.

With Spacemaker, NREP quickly analyzed existing architectural proposals and generated better alternatives based on factors such as daylight, sun, views, noise, and area use. The results included 6% more apartments, significantly more hours of sun and daylight, and one project where courtyard sunshine increased from none to just over 6 hours, helping the team meet environmental certification goals more easily.
