Wuhan Metro, the large urban rail operator serving Wuhan with 80+ km of track and 65+ stations (and planned expansion to ~333 km), was hampered by fragmented paper processes, inefficient work‑order handling, slow facilities response, and unreliable manual data collection. SpaceIQ worked with the operator to modernize its facilities stack, deploying Archibus EIM‑based solutions—including Space Inventory & Performance, Asset Portal, Preventive Maintenance, Smart Client, and AutoCAD/Revit extensions—alongside BIM and GIS capabilities.

SpaceIQ implemented an integrated EIM that tied together BIM, GIS, RFID/QR code tracking, BAS integration and mobile access to enable automated data capture, real‑time asset/property analysis and faster work‑order workflows.
