Türk Telekom Optimizes Operations With ARCHIBUS

Türk Telekom, Turkey’s leading telecommunications and convergence technologies group, needed to modernize facilities management to reduce building operation costs, improve facility asset utilization, and increase operational transparency. To generate the detailed reports required for strategic decisions and to streamline moves, reservations, asset tracking and depreciation, Türk Telekom selected Archibus (a SpaceIQ product) through Archibus Solution Center‑Romania to address these challenges.

SpaceIQ delivered an integrated Archibus implementation—initially rolling out Real Property & Lease, Space Management, Room Reservation, Building Operations (Maintenance), and Move Management, then adding Service Desk, Contract Management and PDA‑enabled mobile maintenance, with ERP integrations to SAP and Active Directory. The Archibus solution reduced infrastructure management costs, improved accuracy in managing property, facilities and equipment, produced the detailed reports needed for strategic planning, and remained on schedule—supporting operations across 31,000 employees, 18,000 buildings and 32M square feet.
