Danehurst streamlines student housing communication with Spaceflow in 2 buildings

Spaceflow partnered with Danehurst to address the challenge of maintaining strong communication and community engagement within its Tribü co-living property, a converted student housing complex. The goal was to enhance the tenant experience and streamline operations for a wider audience.

The solution involved implementing Spaceflow's tenant experience platform as the main communication channel. This facilitated two-way communication for issue-reporting and event organization, supported by a dedicated Spaceflow Community Manager. As a result, Danehurst maintained excellent communication with occupants, especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and successfully fostered a sense of community through organized initiatives. The director noted that residents found the app a much easier way to communicate and that it was a fantastic addition to their building.
