The Space InBetween was engaged by Te Pae, the Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre, to create an interactive tool that would help market the new venue to prospective clients. The challenge was to develop a digital configurator that would intuitively demonstrate the unique capabilities and spaces of the center, all within a tight three-month deadline.

The Space InBetween designed and built a completely responsive configurator that allows users to explore and configure the venue's spaces. The solution featured an intuitive interface with subtle animations and a streamlined side panel to reduce user effort. To handle the hundreds of required images, a custom script was developed to serve optimized imagery based on the user's device, ensuring a high-quality experience. The final product made it easy and fun for clients to explore the possibilities for their event at Te Pae.
