Commercial Bay launches a responsive Craft CMS site in June 2020 with The Space InBetween

The Space InBetween was engaged by Commercial Bay, a transformational Auckland retail and business precinct, to create a website that would tell its story and promote its offerings. The challenge was to design and build an effective digital home for the new development, aligning multiple stakeholders quickly and overcoming the constraints of a looming deadline and an evolving brand identity.

The vendor implemented a collaborative discovery workshop to align stakeholders and then designed a responsive website focused on reducing visual complexity for users. Built on Craft CMS, the solution integrated Algolia for search and a custom interactive map using Mapbox. The Space InBetween delivered a website that successfully drives visits by making it easy for users to discover tenants, events, and navigate to the precinct.
