Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board (DSB), a rural municipal service organization with 210 staff serving 18 municipalities across Northern Ontario, needed a single, budget-friendly intranet to unify communications, replace paper processes, and improve collaboration across a sparsely populated region.
