The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy needed a seamless, Microsoft 365–powered intranet to provide a single version of the truth and enable employee self-service for tasks like time-off and leave management. They engaged SP Marketplace to deliver the SP Suite, including SP Employee Hub, to centralize communications and everyday functions within the Office 365 environment.
SP Marketplace implemented SP Employee Hub using SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Power BI to automate complex leave workflows, enforce approval rules, and deliver real-time dashboards. The solution reduced management time spent calculating and transferring leave from hours or days to a seamless, near-real-time process, centralized resources for staff, and provided leadership with a one-stop Power BI overview—outcomes that exceeded expectations.
