Global Impact, part of Global Impact Ventures and a member of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) federal contracting team, needed an integrated customer support and campaign management system for 38 CFC zones worldwide. Their previous SaaS platform was costly (pay-per-seat fees during seasonal low usage), lacked required functionality, and could not be sufficiently customized — so Global Impact moved to SP Marketplace’s SP CRM.
SP Marketplace implemented SP CRM with modules such as the Data Manager add-on, ticketing help desk, web forms, Power BI reporting, email correspondence, and a custom add-on to randomly invite charities by geography. The solution allowed Global Impact to significantly reduce costs by avoiding continual per-seat charges, customize and scale the system for seasonal work (making some changes in-house and engaging an SP Marketplace consultant for advanced work), streamline IT support, and improve campaign management and reporting — ultimately exceeding expectations.
