Atlas Performing Arts Center, located in DC’s H Street NE corridor, needed a better way to manage its historic multi‑venue facility as it grew to host tenants and virtual offices. To move beyond emails and spreadsheets while staying inside their Office 365 environment, Atlas chose SP Marketplace and its SP Facilities (SP Facilities Manager) solution to centralize facilities tickets and work orders.

SP Marketplace implemented SP Facilities on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI), consolidating assets, work‑order management and preventative maintenance while leveraging existing security and user familiarity.
