RSA Insurance Group worked with Sova Assessment to improve how it screened candidates for Claims Handler and Customer Service Advisor roles. RSA wanted a more accurate and efficient way to identify high performers early in recruitment, while also giving candidates a realistic preview of the job and a better online experience across devices.

Sova Assessment designed personalised online assessments using scenario-based questions, a video introduction, pilot validation with existing employees, and ATS integration for a smoother hiring process. The results were strong, with predictive accuracies of 78% for Claims Handlers and 73% for Customer Service Advisors, and RSA improved its applicant-to-hire ratio after assessment from 3:1 to 2:1 for Claims Handlers and from 3:1 to 3:2 for Customer Service Advisors.
