Randstad partnered with Sova Assessment to modernize its recruitment process for 5,500 candidates a year across 15 countries in EMEA. The company wanted a fairer, more engaging, virtual, and scalable hiring experience that would improve candidate and hiring manager experience, support development, provide insight from data, and better align assessments to future business needs.

Sova Assessment delivered a virtualized end-to-end talent acquisition platform combining online assessment, customized interviews, a virtual assessment centre, analytics, and candidate reports in one system. The rollout expanded from an initial pilot to 52 projects in Europe and four in the UK, with strong feedback on consistency, ease of use, and reduced interview friction; Randstad also began using the data for development planning, internal mobility, and diversity analysis to help build a more inclusive talent pipeline.
