LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX Group, needed a more objective way to identify and select candidates for its Global Strategy Team, an important talent pipeline that feeds broader strategic roles across the business. The company was struggling to find people who combined technical skills with the right behaviours and fit, so it turned to Sova Assessment for help with a data-driven hiring approach.

Sova Assessment created a client-branded, mobile-first online questionnaire based on a job analysis of the role, along with tailored reports for applicants, onboarding, and recruiters. The assessment was piloted with senior leaders and internal consultants, received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and was then integrated into hiring; it has already been used to recruit a new Strategy Consultant, with users describing it as easy, modern, insightful, and helpful in removing gut instinct from hiring decisions.
